About
Erik Meyer, DPT, MS, OCS, CSCS
My name is Erik Meyer, and I am a physical therapist. I have worked in the Beaver Dam area for over 11 years and have helped countless Dodge County residents. I am so happy to continue practicing in this area and providing services to those who need it.
I have over 12 years of experience in the field of physical therapy and even more in the sports performance world. My education includes a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012, Master of Science in Human Performance in 2009, and an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology with a Minor in Coaching. I have advanced training in manual therapy for the spine, upper and lower extremity, dry needling, cupping, sports physical therapy and return-to-sport training.
More than that, I am a person dedicated to helping others reach a better version of themselves. By providing excellence in service, I am driven to help people reach a new level of their success. I help people break down barriers, both physical and mental, that are keeping them from feeling their best.

How MVP came to be.
After working in the area for over 11 years, it became clear that although there were physical therapy services in the area, there was something else missing in the health care landscape. That was a cash-based physical therapy services clinic. After hearing countless patients' concerns about cost of healthcare and insurance limitations, as well as knowing the culture of the people who are seeking excellence in service, I decided to make what was missing a possibility. In November 2024, MVP Rehab and Sports Performance was created with the following vision and mission:

Vision:
To provide comprehensive physical therapy and sports performance services to those pursuing their peak potential.
Mission:
To provide excellence in service to enhance the success of others.
